Feast in the East started as Rocky Miller's dream to provide every family in East Waco a hot Christmas meal and items to stay warm through the winter. For the last 7 years, East Waco Empowerment Project has made this dream a reality. Feast in the East is crowd funded community service event that serves holiday dinner in the community of East Waco for East Waco and surrounding areas.
